A British bloke could write some hilariously witty comment that's so sharp you burst out laughing.
But at the same time an American dude can just say "azzhole" over the mic and I find it funny.
It's all to do with what you've grown up with, not really with where you live, although I guess that increases the chances you'll watch comedy from your country and find your sense of humor.
I'm from England and love British comedy, I think it's so great (Like Blackadder, Red Dwarf, Bottom ect.) but my mate who lives a couple houses down lives with all women (unlucky him) and all he's watched are American comedies (and I use the word comedy loosely) like Friends and Frasier.
As far as posting I dunno I don't think you can really say.
