hey guys, just wanted to bring this topic up because I picked up my copy of Fight Night Round 4 yesterday and after playing it for a while the game mechanics are more different now than Fight Night Round 3 which I also have for my PS3 as well. The game's control uses the analog stick for a more real-time feel of boxing instead of just button mashing like in Fight Night Round 3.

Anyways, i was quite dissapointed because the game didn't really have anything improvement as much because I notice a lot of things different from the game.

I like the fact that they added the Legacy mode into the game, but something seems to be missing in the game.

The thing i notice is the game doesn't have any more bell rings or when you get knocked out there's no loud punch or anything. Does anybody know why I'm not hearing any bell ring when the Fight begins and end, as well as the 10 second warning when the Round is about to end?

I notice that the game doesn't have any cuts or blood on the face anymore, why is that? o_O

Also, if I'm correct EA removed the parrying of the block?

Does people know how to vote these days? I mean particularly when it comes to reviewing movies i guess it's people's opinions but for crying out loud.. Come on! I saw hangover a couple of weeks ago and I gotta say it wasn't even that good, I mean i thought it would be really funy but it wasn't as funny as i thought it would be!

But anyways, boy.. I just saw Transformers 2 today midnight release and I gotta say that movie was EPIC! I mean in terms of how much the people put into these movies and the special effects and design is phenomenal.

The problem is though I see that overall vote put together for "The Hangoever" is 8.5. WTH?! It's not even that funny.

When I looked to see the score of Transformers 2 my mood went down and went to "wtf mode" bcuz it got a score of 7.5.. what the ef does it deserve that?

Well I think I would be good with my processor now.. if I want to see some improvements in gaming in terms of FPS I think I'll just upgrade my video card for now... don't you think?

With the new "Geforce 200 Series" I think is what matters for now.

Since the new Intel Core i7 on it's release on November 2008, many systems on the market out now have "Intel Core i7" on the systems. Many family users, casual computer users, etc. who recently bought new computer systems lately probably own the core i7 cpu already. Well I got something to say to that, I think they might as well have a dual core processor or hell.. better yet having a single core processor if they're not going to take advantage of their cpu to play games and use software that use a lot of computer resources. Hell, even the new desktops on computer shelves have memory loaded with "4gb" now...

I'm kind of dissapointed atm because people who buy new computers these days have no clue about computers. They don't even need that kind of processor, that much ram, etc. if all they're not going to use their computer for gaming, software use, etc... all they're probably gonna ever use it for is school work, chat, surf internet, etc.

In fact, there's still many gamers out there who just upgraded to the "LGA 775" including my self who owns a "Intel 2 Quad Core Q6600".
I also have DDR2, though now I believe the new desktop systems have DDR3 now.
What makes the DDR3 ram better than DDR2 ram? Like if I have 8GB of DDR2 ram, (2x4gb)(DUAL CHANNEL). is it better than 6GB of DDR3 ram?(3x2gb)(TRIPLE CHANNEL)?

Anyways, what do you guys think? Is it ok for me not to upgrade to the intel core i7 yet and just stay with my processor I have atm(in my signature)? I mean seriously considering at our economy right now there are a lot of people that can't afford to constantly upgrade their gaming rig...

[QUOTE="HyBridFuRy"]

I've recently just heard being launched that Microsoft released their Internet Explorer 8. Idk if I might like IE8 becuase I'm a Firefox user and been using Firefox since the day it was released a couple of years ago. Anyways, should I just stick to Firefox 3? I hear that Internet Explorer 8 has better built-in protection that most browsers.

But yeah, what do you guys think?

Daytona_178

it doesent matter what security they put in,,,,because it will become the standard people will design virus's for it. You will notice that the more popular FF becomes the more virus's it will pick up. Best just go with whichever you prefer using.....but as of right now maybe stay away from IE :D

Actually, I don't really agree with you. microsoft designed Internet Explorer 8 to be really better than the previous IE versions. So browsing is very much safe than most Internet browsers.

I hope there's a Killzone 3!!

I mean there's Halo 3, so I wouldn't see why not?

I'm actually hoping that the next Killzone 3 will support "Co-op" and head-to-head Versus implemented in the game. It's just that everyone is dissapointed that there's no Co-op or Multi-player in Killzone 2.

Don't you guys all agree?
