Do you think it would be beneficial to upgrade from GTX 980 to the new card ? Let's assume I could sell my card for 250 300 then, I would have to put down 200 - 300 for a new card
Nvidia said it’s unrealistic to see anything like a 10X faster performance in the vast majority of applications,
"Nvidia’s CEO went on to state that pascal will be 10 times faster than Maxwell and he arrived at this conclusion via what he calls “CEO math”. Obviously this was just a humorous way to impress the crowd at GTC 2015"
What ??? IT says 10x more powerful than current gen graphic cards ? Is that true ? So if I have a GTX 980, something 10x more powerful ? :0 or 10x more powerful than the shittiest current graphic card?
I played the game for 3 days with no lags or stutters... and all of the sudden I started to have this problem. Got annoying when I was driving... NOT TALKING about low FPS or FPS drops. Talking about stutters. Like game freezes for miliseconds and ..
The fix is real simple, close all your other desktop applications LOL ! close all the web browsers, music players, even shut down your anti-virus. WORKS like a CHARM !
Looks like GTA V uses a lot of ram, and virtual memory !! That's where some lag/stutters come from, or low FPS sometimes.
Hey, I have the same brand. but mine is the no dead pixel and something made by samsung or wahtever lol. was like 399 at amazon. IT was more expensive than some of the other ones.
Running GTA V on it, looks great at 1440p ! the response time is kinda high though. I noticed a difference when I went from a 24 1080p with 5seconds response time to this QNIX monitor
Runs at a constant 60FPS maxed out at 1200p on a GTX 980. First person mode is really nice. Overall this is a big improvement over the PS3 version. I'm actually glad Rockstar took some time and gave us a properly polished PC version instead of a sloppy port like GTA IV.
everything on very high ? what about 1440p ? I have everything on very high with 4x AA but I doubt I get 60 fps. It's smooth though but not 60fps
