Gears of War has sold more than 5,000,000 copies to date. The second one will be more anticipated! 2 million day one is reasonable.

Gears 2 does not have as wide an appeal as Halo 3, for sure. I don't see it doing drastically greater than the original...

Predictions for Geow 2 is 3,8 million week one, although I think THATS exaggeration, but 5 million lifetime? Sad... It's like saying next GTA will sell less than GTA IV

Gears of War 2 will sell more copies than Killzone 2. As for which game will be better, I don't know. The sequel to a massive flop vs the sequel to the (slightly overrated) GOTY 2006. Right now, Killzone 2 impresses me more.Floppy_Jim
