You're screwed on XBL. Most of the time they don't even look into these things and just go by complaints filed. If 20 people file a complaint on someone for cheating, chances are they'll get banned.

I can't tell you how many messages I've gotten from recent players asking me to file a complaint on someone else. I file the complaint, only on them. :)

Bad? First game?

I thought it was one of the better FPS games released this gen. The multiplayer was a letdown (it was literally unplayable due to lag) but I really enjoyed the single player. I normally don't play FPS for single player (I believe they should be multiplayer only titles, just like fighting games which is why I rarely touch arcade/story modes in fighting games) and unless it has critical acclaim (Half Life, Crysis, STALKER) I really won't play them.

8.5 since GS loves that number.

I'll be running Iron Man/Doom just because they're my two favorite Marvel characters. Most assists look terrible so I don't know who to pick for my third..

No, that's the developers fault.

Look at 3rd Strike vs SSF4. 3rd Strike was fast paced offense, SSF4 is a turtle fest. People hesistate to make moves because the game encourages turtling.
