So I just bought this game( GTA IV COMPLETE EDITION) , and I installed GTA IV on my ps3 but for some reason when I try to install The Lost and the Damned or The Ballad of Gay Tony, it won't install. It just gets stuck at 1/3 of the way and the music stops but the loading screen art keeps switching through characters. I updated the game but it hasn't help. Any ideas? Really don't want to have to return and buy a new one.

I don't know what to do about it. I guess I'll just have to deal with being stupid and buying this game without checking the requirements. I'll buy a console soon since I know the new upcoming games won't be playable on my laptop.
I see, that's the answer I was afraid of but I guess I knew was coming. I guess I just wasted $40 on this game I can't even play.
Probably not, and I thought I had my specs in my signature, but I guess not:
Intel Core i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHZ
Nvidia Geforce GT 630M
So I'm a fool for this but Assassins Creed Unity was on sale on steam, and I just so happen to be a sucker for steam deals so I bought the game. I should've known, but my computer can not run AC Unity worth a damn thing. I played all of the past Assassins Creed games on my computer, but with the overhaul AC Unity has, My computer can't handle it. Whenever I play, I probably get 1 - 5 fps and I freeze 24/7. This, and the countless bugs and glitches such as getting stuck in the floor or wall every 2 minutes makes this game unplayable. I want to know if theres any possible way to get the game to be a little more playable?
@alim298: I do not have Fallout 3 GOTY and I don't have any mods installed.
@islamicn1gger: Pirates aren't welcome here, and most people would leave you be with your problem. You should be putting a little cash in the hands of the developers, and stop stealing their hard work. But it seems like you probably have too many games downloaded. Uninstall the games you don't play anymore, and if you ever want to play them again, tough luck. If you'd download these games from
Steam, you'd be able to download the games again quick and easy. Not to mention that Steam will download your games much faster than Utorrent. On Utorrent I'd maybe get 150kb/s while on Steam I'd get 2mb/s. Thats about a 2 day difference. Use Steam. There are tons of sales and paying $5 for a fast download and worry free problems won't hurt. Or there might be a virus on your computer, which if that was the case, you have to deal with it. Thats the risks of pirating.
Hmmmmm I think the last game I bought on disc was GTA 5 for my ps3, and for pc, the last game I bought was maybe.. Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind?
So the last few days theres been a big sale on Steam for all kinds of games. I've bought over 20 games for under $70 and one of these games were Fallout 3. Now I'm not new to Bethesda "incredible" work on the stability of their games. So the game started freezing when I started talking to Gob in Moriarty's Saloon (after about 40 minutes of playtime). The game froze, and i tried to open task manager to close the game, but the game looked as if it went into windowed mode but was enlarged and was black. The sounds were still going on the background. The second time was when i was about to exit the saloon, and the third was when I was looking for Colin, and the fourth was when I entered a house doing the quest "Those!" and the fifth time was when I was in the Wilks' house doing the same quest. Now whenever I load the quick save I had in that house I freeze after a few seconds. I'm running Windows 8, I've installed Windows games live and I've configured Fallout.ini and downloaded d3d9.dll. Nothing worked. I don't think you guys need my specs, but if you do I'll gladly give them. Thanks for helping
Ok to be honest you could probably run GTA4 at LOWEST settings but I really wouldn't recommend you to.
