This is a really sad attempt at damage control. Ok fine, it's an old build...if the PS3 version is gonna look better then so is the 360 version which still means the PS3 version will be graphically the worst one.
do we need 20 of these threads, it was a DEMO and what does the demo say "this is not an actual representation of the game" the ps3 version gets an exclusive mission so i say the 360 falls short compared to it. and please people stop making these threads

ehh, i played like 500+ demos and they all said that its not going to represent the final product, well i played the cod 5 demo, airborne demo, bad company 1 demo, re5 demo ETC ETC, and theres practically no difference, removed a bug here or two but nothing major, your thinking of BETAS, not demos
GoW3 Your point is invalid. It's cool if you're afraid but there's no reason to sprout lies. GoW3 demo sure was said to be an old build but the final product pretty much looked identical. GoW3 is one of the most graphically inconsistent games available.
It doesn't have more features, the PS3 is the version to have more features. The demo is also not final build, so it doesn't truly reflect the gfx of final product.mystervj
That's ridiculous. The demo has been released a couple of weeks before the actual product's release date. This is the final build and the PS3 version is certainly gonna fall short in graphics.

Um GTA IV and RDR look great on ps3, and especially with GTA IV there's little noticeable difference between it and the 360 version
I thought RDR looked horrid on PS3 at first, but then realized it was my friends tv and the way he had his color set up, because it looks amazing on mine, and big deal there's not as full of a shadow on a bush 10 feet away from me, I'll still kill my horse and skin it then call it back 2 minutes later and have just as much fun >: (

Those games are obviously better looking on the 360 which is the point of this thread...not whether or not YOU think they look good enough.
inFamous, GTA4, RDR, MAG, Mafia 2. All these games look worse on PS3. Or at least below average. There isn't a single open world game that seems to use the fabled "powar of teh cell".
Cows, please stop calling these developers "lazy". Rockstar and Sucker Punch are not "lazy". The cell is not designed for these open world environments.
That is because only linear games can take advantage of the cell processor. The SPU's are useful in scripted and controlled situations while the 360's cpu can handle any task on any of its three cores.

EDIT: Isnt Rage supposed to look better on the ps3? Because of better quality textures. I guess you lost that one too.
Why don't you base your opinion on facts and not speculation? We must wait until the game actually comes out to make a judgment.
