I will probably rent RE6 some other time but to me it's not worth $60.

The great thing about the Unity engine is you can get next gen quality visuals on a platform that's more user friendly than say Unreal engine.

The beta was fun but I just refuse to pay 59.99 for a subscription mmo when I know it will be f2p in a few months.
