Dude it's news for a reason maybe you need to pay attention and use your brain to think about the possible consequences of what MS is trying to do instead of fapping to TITANFALL videos. Some of us don't want a spy cam in our living room collecting data. Imagine if X1 was just about games. Things would be different but alas this is not the case.
