@Gelugon_baat I wouldn't care. But remember, publishers base profits off of Metacritic. If GameSpot wants to be the "odd one out", why are they on there? They can still give these hipster reviews, I don't give a ****. I just want them off of Metacritic.
@Gelugon_baat Fine, here's a review example. The guy who reviewed Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey (80 on Metacritic) gave it a 6.0 because it was not like Persona 3 & 4 (he even stated that). Try and call that professional.
@Gelugon_baat Maybe that wouldn't be a problem if GameSpot could just remove themselves from Metacritic. If you've seen Tom Mc Shea's "interview" with the lead designer of Medal of Honor: Warfighter, then you know this site is as professional as Uwe Boll.
@Gelugon_baat If GameSpot really wanted to review the Wii U version, they should've done what IGN did with the Wii U launch games and just use the same review while noting the Wii U features. You know, for this little thing called consistency.
@Gelugon_baat "Some people are going to end up disliking the game, after they have made their decisions based on some capricious meta-number and the exhortation of fans."
Metacritic should take GameSpot's reviews off of there. Real reviewers should only be allowed to count towards the metascore, not hipster trolls looking for hits.
