Yeah, It is legit, I got a prize off of there this summer.

If your ipod is one of the older versions where you can put it into disc mode there is an easy way... I think you hold down menu and the middle button comes up, then hold down the middle and play button... i think that is how.... then you just plug it into your computer, find it under my computer then show all hidden files in folders has to be on, you find the folders with weird names like al83 or random letters and numbers... those are your songs, just move all those onto your computer, then into your itunes library. itunes will rename the songs to their correct names... if you want to have the names of the songs out of itunes you can download something called mp3 namer.

1. rinse full body

2. sampoo/rinse, then conditioner

3. floss/brush teeth

4. shave (i do everyting in the shower)

5. wash full body with soap

6. stand there and think about random things

7. rinse out conditioner

I enjoy showers very much, i take 2 a day at least.
