I stopped playing a while back when I got everything I wanted and started getting so many of the same exotics. The one thing that irks me is that I can't choose what type of gamemode I want to play in Crucibles. I like the capturing points mode (yea I already forgot the name lol), but that gamemode is randomly chosen while playing.
I kinda miss it but at the sametime I don't miss getting the same loot and nothing to look forward to.
A solid 7 for me, the beginning of this article "Room to Grow", sums up this game pretty well. It's a friggin blast to play but I know it's going to get stale very fast. There is no progression at all besides cosmetics. They need to diversify the combat. I get it, all guns the same, people are all equal on the equipment they get but there needs to be more. Add more guns, why not have guns hidden on islands. It's a very shallow game.
People may compare it to Pubg in some sorts but pubg has the random loot that you have to go out and find. SoT has all of it from the start. Only two ships, there needs to be an intermediate ship I feel like.. Or a larger galleon with a few rowboats on the side.
All this game needs right now is Content. Oh and the $80 price tag is WAY too much. This is a $40 game at most. I wouldn't be playing it if it wasn't for the Game pass.
This was the one Microsoft exclusive I was so hyped for and it didn't turn out well. They could have had a killer exclusive on their hands, ah well.
Why have maintenance on a weekend? Should be like a Tuesday or something, when most people aren't on. I get that it's 5am but gamers like to pull all nighters on weekends with their friends.
@playstationzone: This is Zenimax that made this game, these people did not make Elder Scrolls single player games. Rest assured they are working on TES 6, that is Bethesda Game Studio.
@robbehG: I have to say, when I tried Fortnite after PUBG, I kept thinking I was going to hear a vehicle coming. Then realized there's no vehicles. Also it's way too fast paced for me.
