[QUOTE="FUBAR24"][QUOTE="Franko_3"]I don't remember how, but you can cancel, but only in the first 12 hours ( maybe less) after you placed the bid and only if you set a wrong number, for example 1000$ instead of 100$. herpderp9000
nope thats not true. you cannot cancel a bid. as gameguy said its a contract. that said you can always try talking to the seller and they can opt to offer the item to the second highest bidder. however if you think its going to get to expensive either A) set a limit to where you will stop or B) just dont bid O RLY? They can't do anything if you decide not to pay. I guess they COULD take it to court, but no one is sueing over some crappy e bay item. I've seen people get sued over stuff they didn't pay on Ebay on one of thsoe court tv shows many times.
The infamous words of my father "Go an get me the belt!", "Put your hand out", oh the fond memories I had. Immigrant is the answer though.. Although that was when I was younger, i'm 22 now.
Edit: @xaos "Wooden spoon", oh how could I forget about that, my mother would be using that if my dad wasn't home.
