I still have my warranty on my Phat PSP that is set to expire sometime in 2009, I wonder if they would replace it with the 3000 models if it breaks (after it's released).

Anyways I still have the old PSP and I can have it Synced to my PS3 to watch my Movies (that I have on my external HD) and listen to music. All this anywhere with wireless internet, same goes with PSN games, they all work fine. I have Pixel Junk Monsters (I think thats what it's called lol I can't remember) and it works great.

I am however going to purchase the new PSP 3000, I need a new PSP since mine is old. It's up to you really on what ya want to do but if your just going to use it for multimedia and gaming go for the one your friend is offering. the newer PSP just has Skype and a bit of improvement on the hardware side, I think it's the Ram but not sure.

You'll enjoy it man, I use mine daily for multimedia and gaming with close friends.

Hey, last year I got the Home Beta Invite via email and it's from the PSU (Playstation Underground). They did not ask for any type of information, as long as you have an account in the PSU and have registered your PS3 you should get an invite. Though others may have gotten invited with no PS3 registered.

Anyways don't send them any information, that is not the Home Beta it's a scam.
