please help me out my xbox 360 doesn't turn on

when i push the turn on button the red lights was on and it doesn't work..

what's the problem with my xbox 360? i just got mine 2days ago in thanksgiving man..

i'm really diappointed....

i just got xbox 360 and doesn't work again....

i plugged in all correctly i push the turn on button and red light was on

and it doesn't work,,,,
