For me 1080p is a must! Seeing jaggies or worlds not scaled properly completely ruins any immersion for me. Resolution uses graphics memory while anti-aliasing uses processing power so I suppose it's quite situational and depends on the game they're trying to make.
@wallydog63 @IceQBkid That's fair enough buddy lol. Obviously the stuff portrayed in the fantasy of game worlds and movies won't be exactly the same in real life. Some people look at cars and think we've already invented the time machine. It's all a matter of perspective that's what I'm trying to get at :).
PS: On the humans who have lost their humanity subject, just look at the crap going on with the homeless spikes. We are fighting more people that have lost touch with their humanity than you think. Worse yet, those people think they are elites and are manipulating our lives.
@wallydog63 @IceQBkid In this real life silly. Project Managers have to control lots of people at once, more than 4, nevermind presidents who have to control nations. Arguably, in real life you fight "monsters" and by monsters I mean humans who have lost their humanity. We're casting spells every day; we make a gesture on our phones and we move satellites!
This looks like an awesome action RPG! I'm glad they're moving away from all the pausing and micromanaging play. Was breaking the immersion way too much for me or for a 2014 game to say the least. You can't pause the real world so why should you be able to do it in a game? Should teach you to think more on your feet. It's nice to still have the strategic option if and when you need it though kind of like Mass Effect. I think this is going in the right direction :D.
God this looks boring as hell....All been done before. Gameplay is so old, still using active skills and such. Nothing new, just a clash of lots of systems from lots of other MMOs. Just another MMO in the sea of similar MMOs.
Excellent analysis and conclusions about open-world games. Well done! I can only hope developers will see this video and rethink some of their strategies.
With that said I do not understand why this game is P2P as the whole game seems to be set in a comical atmosphere in which mature and immature players can exist.
@popcornuk @wexorian I agree. The point of a review is to analyze both good and bad points of a game. The reviewer doesn't seem capable of analyzing games too in depth to make this a trusty review. In fact, she's talking almost as if she got paid to sweet talk the review.
