I'm glad you didn't buy one too, I've heard the Flopstation 3 is an imaginary console thought up by internet trolls in a failed attempt to annoy people, so you'd have been wasting your money there.

Also, 360 version of ****ty NFS doesn't have a speedometer?

[QUOTE="Gh0st_Of_0nyx"]It's a 40$ milkage demo cow's are paying for.Gh0st_Of_0nyx

Agreed. ZERO re-sale value also. Ouch.

I could sell my $25 copy and make a profit. Ouch.

And again, 70 cars is fine for a full-priced game, 6 tracks aren't. But then this isn't a full-priced game either.

25$ copy and make how much ? 12 &

I dont know why alot of cow's are defending this demo of not being a demo when it actually is a DEMO.

A lot more than -$40 I'd assume. *lolsmiley to indicate i'm mocking you but mostly appearing to be an ass*

I don't know why you think repeating your underdeveloped arguement over and over again without elaborating would make the world a better place. Go grow a beard or something.

I wasn't disappointed in the ending on the account of it not having one...

Physical will always > digital on the account of you owning a physical copy. You're not bound by stupid DRM and you feel like you actually own something. Something you can bring over, transfer and watch wherever you like, and sell. Plus like you've discovered, it can be cheaper. The only real plus with digital is that it's more convenient.

For the record I imported the physical version of GT5P for the equivalent of $25, compared to the $40 you'd pay over PSN. Inconvenience > convenience.

[QUOTE="InaneBasura"]Allow me to present my fictional game. It's called Gammatron 5000 with Extra Headlights. It was released for Atari 200 in the early 1800's and contained FIVE BILLION automobiles. You can purchase it for the low low price of $1.

What I'm suggesting my dear sir, is that your arguement is stupid and also silly. If you disagree you may file a complaint with the Idontcare-department.

Your analogy is flawed... I presented a game with better overall value... all you did was make something up and attempted to be funny and ironic.

You missed my point. Try again. (hint: you're comparing a three year old PS2 game to a new PS3 game) If you want to disprove that a game is worth the price, whining about how some old game is cheaper makes little sense. By that logic all games ever made would be rip-offs.

Baldur's Gate is 200+ hours for $10, Mass Effect is 30+ for $60, Mass Effect is so not worth it. Does this example suit you better?

Compare the price/content to relevant games plz, k?

[QUOTE="Uptown"]16 player races, 70 cars.....that alone makes the $39.99 worth it. Period. I cannot wait for this considering most racers are still stuck at max 8 players online still...and in-car view FTW!foxhound_fox

I can get GT4 with over 700 cars and 60 tracks for $20... :| I would actually say that unless you don't already, GT4 would probably be the better purcahse right now... considering the full version of GT5 will be coming out.

It is a demonstration in that sense of the word, but it's definitely not a demo in the sense of what we're used to. In terms of content and length it rivals many so called full games. Even if it does try to stretch that content out for as long as possible...

Like you said, what previous demos have you had to pay for? None. Therefore it's not a demo. And it is priced accordingly to what it has to offer I must say. Myself I payed the equivalent of $25 by importing it from the UK.

You can think of it is a pre-expansion pack if you want to.

9 for graphics makes sense, but not the justification given. Overall the game looks amazing, on more than one occasion I just had to shake my head in disbelief at what was presented to my frontal eyeballs. But it suffers from framerate drops and tearing. Perhaps it has been fixed for the US release? Lingering filtering issues what? What the hell is lingering filtering?

Egghead360

The models look great, but the environments are STILL poor. I would give Forza 2 the crown in that, not forgetting the HUGE amount of work that game does under the hood. Turn 10 have perfected the engine, the next game is just going to be more, which is fine considering their model is now indeed perfect

What's wrong with the environments? Granted there's large empty grassfields, but whoopdedoo, it's a race track. London looked fine to me. The track itself sucks humongous amounts of ass though. Why Polyphony? Seriously, why? Hopefully this is just the incredibly small version of the full track, otherwise it seems like a waste of time to me.

Do you know what lingering filtering means? It's the most asinine phrase ever conceived. It blows my mind.
