We keep out anyone who is trying to permanently immigrate to the United States of America. My first action would be to remove troops from Middle Eastern countries and stick them on the borders of Mexico and Canada. Then I'd increase vetting at airports which would be very easy to do.

These would be my first steps towards fixing a "broken system that is hurting this country".

There isn't any falsehood. There are just different statistics but they all basically say the same thing which is (these are your numbers that are allegedly from the FBI):

Black on white homicide is 15%.

White on black homicide is 8%

This is bizarre because 12-14% of the population is black and 70%+ of the population is white. You must be a racist for posting these numbers. According to these numbers, white people should be afraid of blacks and not the other way around, because there are a ton of white people but the white on black homicide is only 8%; however, despite there being a minority of black people, black on white homicide is 15%. That means whites should be weary around blacks according to your racist numbers! Disgusting!
