Main Complaints:

Moniters you. Reads facial expressions in your room and compiles lists for Devs based on you and others.

NoUsed Games.

No Lending your games to your friends.

Has to have Kinect (the worst part of the 360)

All of the addiitonal services your going to have to shell out for.
