Just curious im from the United Kingdom and i need to know where and whats the cheapest way to get windows 7 64 bit as the person getting hold of oe for me has dropped out for some reason which is a load of @@@@ but ohwell thats life
anyone got any ideas ? remember that have to deliver to UK and be in english :D
well apparently i have to unscrew the already fixed bracket that comes with motherboard or sumthin then screw these metals things to mugens then screw back that comes with mugen on the back of motherboard in the brackets place then screw the metal brackets on mugen to the brackets behind the motherbooard :( this sounds very complicated/dangerous (could damage components) plus where it so big could effect other components and installing it i was just curious whether anyone has dealt with one of these :(
Has anyne here purchased or installed a Scythe Mugen 2 heatsink/CPU Cooler?
If so did you encounter any problems ? Can you give me any handy tips/advice for when i do build my rig ?
Im kinda worried that this maybe hard to install with my motherboard due to size
Anyone?
well since you r doing the small line plus thats what several videos suggested on doing im gunna go with that but im from uk and i dont know what to use to clean the compound already maybe stuck what would u suggest ?
ok so you agree with this method but do u reckon i should use a pea method or line method witha quad 955 cpu ? as its a quad not a single or dual ?
apparently finger spreading causes air bublles which can decrease the effect of the thermal paste alot ive seen a few videos and the compressing with heat sink is the best way so everyone says cause there will be no air bubbles which shoudl give it a excellent effect just dont know whether to do a blob or line when i get my components
Ok i just watched a video on youtube not the one that was linked but a different one and they say to clean both the cpu and the processor cooler/heatsink then able a pea size dot or a horizontal line of thermal compound onto the cpu then place the heatsink on top and lock/screw it into place this will give it the best effect due to no air bubbles/natural effect cause they say the whole cpu doesnt need to e covered as long as the main parts are which is the cores inside which is mainly middle of cpu not the edges
just a question if any of yous know they say theres 2 methods pea size dot and horizontal line they say you should use a pea size method for single/dual cores and the horizontal line for multi+ cores is this true ? or doesnt it matter either way?
well all parts brand new so im hoping thjere wont be nuthing to remove first if so what do i use to remove any old thermal compound ?
thx
