I think Mass Effect was the best example of achievements done well. Nearly all the achievements come from playing the game normally. There are some kill X enemies, or use skill Y so many times, but these weren't unusual things. But as well as the achievement and GS, it gave you a real bonus in game by unlocking a new skill, or giving your character a boost in some way - more damage inflicted, increased armour or shields, earn more XP from kills etc. The achievements helped you out and encouraged you to play the game more.Avenger1324
I totally agree with you on this. Achievements in Mass Effect weren't just stupid points, they also gave you in game bonuses. Gotta love the way BioWare does things.
I like achievements that require you do specific stuff in games like the ones in Gears of War 2. I hate any achievement that involves collecting s^^^ loads of stuff. I think it is a cheap way to add value to a horrible game.
Actually, the girls were two and he killed them because they had boyfriends. Still, that is messed up. Sex segregation is beginning to fade away in my country but there are still some crazy people who are always there to ^^^^ things up for you. The only places I know that sex segregation is enforced are Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Iran. Not usually, but this is America. People of all beliefs are here, so some people still practice it.
There was a story in the news where a middle eastern guy of some religion murdered his three daughters because he believed they were "westernized" and wanted to do things like wear normal clothes and have boyfriends and ****.
So he shot them to death, and now he's in jail.
