Personally I think it's worth it. I used to own a 360. I recently sold it and bought one last month. It' something I don't regret at all. I repurchased some of the games that I had on 360. I also love the blu-ray. Here is a list of features that the PS3 has.

It has bluetooth. Which allows us to choose pretty much any bluetooth headset. Can even use blutooth keyboards such as Logitech Dinovo (which I use with both PC and PS3) and Dinovo mini. The PS3 remote also has bluetooth ability. No having to point at the system anymore.
We can buy accessories from other companies. For example, I can use the Logitech G25 racing wheel with shifter and clutch pedal with GT5 Prolouge. However you can't use it on 360 because of MS being greedy. Too bad For Forza fans. One of the reasons why I switched over to PS3.
