This is sort of a How Toquestion, unless you're running into a technical malfunction of some kind, which is possible, but I can't really tell yet from what I'm reading here so far. If you are asking about hosting an image, currently, you'll need to do that somewhere like imageshack or photobucket, etc. I'm thinking that's not the question. If you are asking how to code an image into a blog, there are a few ways to answer that, depending on whether or not you have the wysiwyg editor enabled. If you have the wysiwyg editor enabled there may be a button/icon on the toolbar for inserting an image. That's supposed to be the "easy" way, but it doesn't always work out. If you have the wysiwyg editor disabled (what I always recommended in the past), you have to code in an image using bbcode or html. The bbcode is what was mentioned above. The html thing is conceptually similar. Note that entering bbcode or html with the wysiwyg editor enabled may require some extra steps.
