The best advice I ever saw was "Be who you want to be, not what they want you to be" Just go with the flow, don't waste your time worrying about anything (aside from keeping up your studies!) and you will be in good shape! High school was somewhat hellish for me, but you've gotta make the best of it, and the easiest way to do that is literally just be yourself. :)
Sounds to me like anxiety and paranoia. I'd seriously recommend seeing a doctor, OT isn't the type of place for that... :/ But best wishes to you, sucks to see people with that kinda issue going on for them.
