I'd like pretty much all the assist trophies, that make sense, to become playable, and thankfully that looks possible. In particular: Ray, Little Mac, Tingle, Lynn, Hammer Bro

• Captain Syrup (Wario)

@kiteinthesky: Nintendo has always owned the DK franchise, from even before Rare was a second-party developer. Nintendo's ownership of that property is very different from their ownership of other Rare franchises.

Is there a way to transfer my data from my current harddrive to a new harddrive? I feel like using a USB and switching back and forth between HDDs might be kind of annoying.

I got an email response from Nintendo:

"Thanks for contacting us. I can see why you want to seeXenoblade released here in the Americas, but at this time we have no new information to offer or announcements to make regarding this game.

I realize this is disappointing, but your comments have been documented and made available for other departments here to use as they see fit. We appreciate hearing what our consumers find important."

Meh. Hopefully soon they'll have something. At least they're acknowledging it.
