@leyline: i am really surprise with the price as he promised that it will be affordable for everyone so VR can start off with big users base and he wants to make it properly as it will be make or break for future VR .

399 would be a sweet spot for everyone to jump in VR. then more users mean = more people buy VR games = more VR games made.

£500 for UK and that is not include delivery charge . O.o

Its surprisingly look good for 10 years old hardware .

- send customer email telling them about payment issue and give them time to sort out or tell them when you will try to take payment 2nd time before you cancel their order.

- another way if not bother customer to sort out then charge in-full when they pre-order from the beginning .

same old with GAME. this problem happened with GAME for years and they never change.
