Crazy that it was just a few months ago when people were claiming that FF XVI would be a TotK killer that sweeps the GotY awards, now here we are and it isn't even nominated.

Makes sense. XVI sold 40% less than XV, meanwhile BG3, Starfield, and TotK are selling 2-5+ times as much. FF's sales in general have stagnated since the PS1, while the market has grown exponentially. No idea why anybody would trust SE with their money.
