@ZZoMBiE13 That's so true, I remember lining up at midnight to be one of the first people in my town to play AC2. And it really did feel special, like an event, and it made me feel like I was part of a small group. There was also the buzz of like minded gamers (Xbox and PS fanboys) all excited over that game. Now I ask my gaming friends if they excited about AC4 "Meh, there will another next year, I'll just grab that"

Would Grand Theft Auto 5, Batman Arkham City or Far Cry be as special if they had just been churned out 1 year after its predecessor?

Assassins Creed 2 and Brotherhood are definantl amongst my favourite all time games. I would say that I didn't like Assassins Creed 3...... but I haven't gone back to it after finishing the story.....

@kishona The Long Halloween, my favourite Batman story. The Knightfall Saga was pretty awesome as well (especially when the "new Batman" was created as a pisstake of the XTREME super heroes that were coming out in the 90's).

@Simplythebest12 Yes, because we simply can not, CAN NOT, have people with their own opinions reviewing games. What we really need is reviewers who gush over the game and hype machine NON STOP. At the end of the day, opinions are like arseholes, everyone has one and everyone else's stink. Did I agree with the "misogyny" comments? not really, did they ruin my enjoyment of the review or more importantly my enjoyment of THAT game? HELL'S NO. On a side note, I think its great she's still working and not hiding under a rock somewhere.
