It seems to have copied the photo mechanic story tie-in from Anachronox. Well I found the photo mechanic a little fun since not many games have done it before.

It's only buggy when you have certain graphical settings enabled.

It makes no sense why they didn't.

The new one is a prequel and it looks radically different, honestly I don't think it's going to be near as good as the first game.

Skyrim was the odd one out in the franchise since it aimed for the more dark look trying to be more realistic in a sense, but TES games were supposed to be fantasy and not dark.

@jski: lucasarts canceled a lot of Star Wars games, but one they were forced to which was 1313 since Disney bought them out and closed them.
