I'm sorry but an 8800 will play all 3 of those games at an average of 60fps+ at higher res's than 720p, not too mention MUCH better image quality. Sure they would have problems playing those games on 6800's but 8800's fly through them.

You mean a 8800gtx of course which is 600$ which isn't a bad price for a console but a graphics card?

Have you ever considered that they may have a cheap PC which isin't meant for gaming? Or maybe a PC which is over 5 years old?

Their specs are pretty decent for a PC gaming machine. I saw one post of a guy with a 8800gtx having issues with FEAR
