I have a Wii and a PS3.

So recently I've been presented with a choice, I could get a free PS3, a free Wii, or a free Xbox 360.

I thought for a moment about the disadvantages and advantages of all 3. The fact that I even had to think goes to show something; since obviously I should pick the one that I don't have yet.

But I've decided to go with the PS3, and I intend to give it to my brother who lives 800 miles away; that way we can play together online. He only has a Wii btw.

It made me realize that my desire for a 360 or any of its games is exactly zero. I like Gears of War, and I though Mass Effect looked interesting, but the former was something I beat at my friends house in 6 hours playing Hardcore Co-op and the latter is on the PC ; so I'll end up being able to play it eventually anyway (Just like gears of war, but this one is all single player appeal.)

I used to like JRPGs, but lately they've all been crap, and honestly the 360 would just be a waste of space in my living room, especially since I refuse to blow $50 a year on XBL.

I understand why people like the rig, but it has absolutely no value to me at all.


If you were presented with a similar choice, what would you pick and why?

Seriously, if you can't afford or dont want to pay what averages to 4 dollars and 16 freaking cents a month to play on XBL then I gotta ask. How did you afford a PS3 and a Wii? That is one of the dumbest arguments I hear from cows. Hell If I wanted to I could make 80 dollars in a week giving plasma. Dang I give plasma for one week and I can already afford to pay for XBL for a YEAR. Get over it crybaby

Hey you said it yourself buddy. According to you all we have for this game is the screenshots, so why should you cows be excited for it? Oh sorry I forgot you guys hype any game that has decent graphics without knowing how it plays.

yeah i think alot of people will be thinking about diversivfying their gameing consules with all the great exclusives comeing out. I mean no one hear can honestly say they don't want to play LBP

Being the owner of a good PC and an xbox 360, I really have no bias towards either of the systems. But when it comes to Left 4 Dead its obvious that the Pc is going to be the best version considering that valve is going to put out a tone of new content even after release. As you can see with team fortress 2, valve still knows that its primary fan base is on the PC and they will continue to support the online pc community well after release..crazymaghie123

Every gaming PC can hookup straight to an HDTV or projector. There are many games you can use wireless controllers even wireless adapters for the 360 controller to use on PC. Just because YOUR PC setup blows doesn't mean it has to for the rest of us.

I'll enjoy playing prince of persia and street fighter IV on a 55" plasma screen lying back on the couch with my wireless controller THANKS TO MY PC
