I'm getting 80-90 FPS on my PC with everything on high.

Also those load times on consoles holy crap. It takes like 5 seconds to load on my SSD it shouldn't be that big of a difference. That's worse than load time differences between Fallout/Elder Scrolls games on consoles compared to a PC.
