I really hope developers this coming generation quit trying to force social/online features on us. I personally find it quite sickening, and incredibly detrimental to the supposed improvements to immersion. Also, I'm hoping some new control methods related to VR start coming out, minority report-style gloves, for example, could easily replace current user input hardware without actually being a gimmick at all.

and no, you are just getting your hopes up, look at the amount of posts you're spewing out with hopes and half sourced information, nintendo has never been about high tech either. Gamecube almost on par with the Xbox, what a joke, do some research.

it all means jack though, current high end PC hardware is so expensive next gen consoles cant match it.

and the wii being underpowered because the gamecube didn't sell well? that's the biggest pile of cr*p i've heard today, the gamecube sold TONS, and the wii was weak because they were going for the motion gimmick, the wii u is also going for gimmicks, it can't be powerful and gimmicky at the same time.

@joujou264 I dont mean to tread on your hopes here, but it's already confirmed by several developers that Wii U hardware is barely, maybe not at all up to standards with the 360/PS3, you're saying: " WHICH MEANS THE WII U IS MUCH MORE POWERFUL THAT THE 720/PS4!" which is a ludicrous statement given early benchmarks saying it won't even surpass Sony/Microsoft's current gen hardware.

UT4 engine supports the Wii U purely because they need to cater to the large market it will probably have, I'm really sorry Nintendo fan, but it just isn't going to happen.

@Vodoo Don't oversimplify this! it's not being given away for free to WoW players, it's being given to WoW's Annual pass subscribers, which there are considerably less of! and as @Terkio has said, amazon has nothing to do with these annual pass subscriptions.

I hated Vista quite badly when it first came out, everything was moved or in a different place, it needs permission for everything and some of you may even remember every game crashing thanks to your Nvidia driver, when service pack one came, many stability issues were fixed, also i had gotten used to the new places of things and I had disabled user prompts, there was something missing though, oh yeah thats right, it still eats half of my RAM! I just hope windows 7 will keep up to its promise, if what they say about the boot speed is true, im worried, because they still have to add a years worth of features to windows 7...
