Help.....How can I avoid from dying so much? Any tips?Dogswithguns

1. Have your shield up as you walk around.

2. A ranged attack of some sort wether it be a bow or spells is super helpful in this game.

3. Certain weapons are better for certain situations.

4. Take your time and be prepared for ambushes around every corner.

5. Read all the messages left by other players.

6. Practice your technique on a level you have already beat/ watch some vids on youtube to get ideas on fighting style.

7. If you are having trouble start doing co-op.

i hope some of these help,

-Jay

Should i keep my lead demon's soul and Iron demon's soul or should i just use them?

Or is there something better i can do with them? ( don't tell me any spoilers just say yes or no )

HeroKen-ii

One of those souls can be used to purchase a very useful spell.

n00b questions....How do you gain back MP? Is there an herb or stone or something I gotta find and use?Stark1177

The Fragrant ring has the ability to regenerate mana.

Crecent weapons regenerate mana while equiped.

Spice that can be found as loot or purchased from a vendor will replenish your mana.

I'd honestly reccommend renting it first. Blockbuster has copies of the game, it definitely isn't for everyone. My biggest gripe with it is that it's not really a game you can sit down and play for 20 minutes and then pick up your progress later, as all the enemies respawn and you pretty much have to finish each level when you start it or you just repeat the same sections over and over. It's a good game with a great combat system, but definitely try it before buying.creeping-deth87

If you log out of the game while in an unfinished level you will come back where you left off with all the enemies you killed still dead.

Ok I got the the second miracle of antidote and I now have the wooden wand, however the wand still don't work and my magic level is 10, Is the next thing I need to do is buy spells for the wand i am thinking, Where do I buy more spells, I found the miracles where are the spells and where are the flaming arrows.

This game almost has me feeling sick today (LOL)

You must first learn the spell from the NPC and then remember the spell from the NPC. Then in order to cast you need the catalyst equiped. Catalyst is for spells and Talisman is for miracles. The NPC that sells spells is located in the Nexus, run up the stairs that lead to the archstones and when you get to 5-1 go back behind, he is sitting back there.

I play a Royal and have leveled leaning towards heavy magic use. I have the Purple Flame Shield but it reduces my mobility severly. My endurance is currently 8. If I raise that stat will I get my mobility back? When I talk to the Maiden In Black and look up endurance it mentions raising my encumbrance but not with the stuff i'm wielding so I want to make sure before I waste any points.

Thanks,

-Jay

When you are fighting the Adjucator, is there anywhere in the upper part of the boss room that's safe from his tongue attack? I'm a caster and hoping there is a sniping spot.

I saw a message on the ground that said "sniper perch" on the opposite side of the room where you enter, to the left, but I can't verify if it works. It's easy to avoid his tongue though, just keep moving.

I dug up an old thread on Gamespot that has since been locked. It advised as a caster to stand in the doorway where you enter thru the fog. The Adjucator can't hit you from there. What the post failed to mention is that his first tongue lash destroys much of the ledge and I fell down with it..lol.

I will go back and try again.
