got the slim 250gb xbox a few months ago but there's something thats bugging me and that's my slim xbox freezes more, becomes unresponsive alot more than my elite. Anyone else feel this? I bought them both new (never preowned) so there was no history of them. It might just be my xbox though

[QUOTE="Diwashb"]

I was playing mafia ii when suddenly the rrod problem appeared. after i restarted it the problem got solved and i again played it after some time......... Will this problem occur again?? Should i sell this console or not??? Mine is a xbox 360 fat with 60 gb hdd

Squeezitgirdle

the first time you see the 3rl it's a warning light, telling you hardware is beginning to fail.

Don't be like everyone else and sell the console, you don't want to put someone else through buying what they think is a new console and having it crap out on them, that's messed up. Just buy a new console

My rrod happened a year ago when on low power but no problems have occured since so it may not be

More people play COD because it is easier and doesn't have much of a learning curve, Battlefield takes more adjustment and there is a higher learning curve. New players could get lost trying to find where to go with the maps being much more large and open as opposed to COD forcing players into certain areas more so with only so many areas of movement. Let's face it, casual players are going to like Call of Duty more, it is easier and everyone thinks they are good at it. Even with horrible scores haha

so true, when i firsst played battlefield bad co 2 after playing mw2 for months i was just blown away by the depth. But bettlefield is the way to go

unless the battlefield series becomes a casual game than it will never sell more than COD if it keeps its formula.

The average gamer wants an easily accsesible game which they can play without much thought/concentration. While hardcore gamers will want depth and strategy which is hard/challenging. Casual gamers outnumber hardcore gamers vastly so COD will sell more obviously.

i got rrod on my elite once, we were on low power supply that day (work was being done), so the xbox wasn't receiving adequate power. The lights went red but once the power was back to normal everything was fine again :)

For me it would be GTA or Saints Rowon Frostbite 2.0, destroying buildings and sky scraperswith rpgs and making tiny bullet holes into cover.
