[QUOTE="tyvivanco"]should i play the other 2 before kotor3 comes out?ronnet
It's not official that KOTOR3 is KOTOR3, it could take place in a different dimention.
And the reason why I didnt liek KOTOR2 was:
spoiler,
It didnt fit witht eh story that they were telling in KOTOR1. I liked the setting and the idea is nice but it didnt fit with KOTOR1. And the story ended really bad, there actually was no real difference between good or evil because all those who you converted had nothing to do with the end parts and basicly it ends in the same way. And the story's big twist didnt excist, they were acting as if the hero didnt know something, something that was as big as the twist from KOTOR1. Then they reveal that the big twist actually doesnt excist... KOTO2 had potential in the early levels even when it didnt fit with KOTOR1, but it felt rushed, unfinished and made it hard for KOTOR3 to have a good setting. And it was buggy.
Well the game was rushed thats why the ending just well ended with no satisfaction but i liked the story up until then the charectors were great you get some questions left un-answered like was kreia the handmaidens mother and who was miras father and the basic premise of the story about a jedi who left the force rather than turn to the darkside only to return to help the jedi(or destroy them) was an intresting one and there force bond ability was a good twist and to be honest was the first star wars game where there wasnt a clear cut black and white as kreias evil was subjective as she was using evil to free the glaxy from the force and pre determined destiny which isnt a bad thing
and even with the craph ending we know the 3rd one will be good as we no revan went away to stop an evil coming or awakening so its likely the 3rd will follow on to what haooened to revan and the exile
