[QUOTE="JeremyMGS"]Sorry to bump this, but even with the Wii's popularity, do you really think it's necessary to get there at 3am? I plan on going to BB this Sunday morning also, but I was hoping along the lines of maybe 9am, an hour before they open. Maybe I'm being ignorant, I dunno. :P.I am going to be standing in line this weekend at Best Buy on Sunday to get my girlfriend her Christmas present. Best Buy's ad says a minimum of 18 per store. The weather is not in my favor in Indiana...Rain/Snow and high for the morning is in the mid 30's. I figured I would go stand in line at 3 am and the store opens at 10 am. With the minimum being so few and Christmas being soon I figure the earlier the better. I figure I will stay in my car until others start showing up. And buy some heat packages for the standing.
She has been wanting a Wii for a short time so I thought I would get her one. Then this summer when we move in together she will have have a Wii and 360.
I am going to pick up Wii Play because of the controller but what other game do you think she would like...remember this is for a casual gamer...she has a DS and loves it. She will not want Zelda, Meteoroid, or Mario. Any ideas as far as games for her? Anyone have any horror stories about buying their Wii?
Blue-Sphere
But from what other people have told me, I wouldn't really have to get there at 6am or something like that. But again, I might take a chance. Who knows, maybe by tomorrow night, I'll be willing to go even earlier just in case.
I have heard 6am but I am not going to chance it because this is the only thing she wants. So I want to make sure I have it for her for Christmas.
