Except Guncon 2 rely upon CRT. Guncon 3 not only get around it, but from what i see, get over the "feel like a mouse" of wiimote. While some always pull up the power glove sensors and AVGN when talking about the sensors, I think it's one step up from that: the two IR sensors is just that, without a third dangling down on the side, despite that it may provide increase accuracy (original TC4 use 2 rows of 5 IR sensor, 1 row on top, 1 row on bottom) However, by using two seperate IR sensor, it can allow better a more accurate portrayal of aiming.
Plus, for all we know, Guncon 3 also have the motion sensor within. It you think about it, that means there can be less exclusives for Wii eventually (eg: DQ-sword can work with guncon, for example, with much better graphics), which means it may at the very least, break that ratio over at Japan. As for whether it will work for every game, it will ultimately be decided by the developers whether to use Guncon or not.
