I dont know about the game prices being lowered. That is unlikely. But I am surprised that next gen is going physical media. It is a waste of resources. And in 10 years it will be more crap for our landfills. Game disc are something of the past and should have not been included on any console.

@L_ninyo07 The people who will buy a next gen console have the internet. You argument might as well be, but what about the homeless people, they are only going to buy physical media.

@pdevil21 @JimmyFrost I am not sure you read my post? If you did, your response is confusing to me. Perhaps in the context of other comments plus this article your skimmed my response. I was just amused by this article and the picture. Making use of the eye with couple and the creatures. I just think they made all the right moves with their campaign vs Xbox. They made people angry at Microsoft, shielding themselves from the lack of included features or innovation. I mean this free bundle makes use of equipment you have to pay for on top of the PS, making their attack on the price of MS a mute topic. They just did a fantastic job. Their PR people need to go into Politics.

But seriously, the camera was not a part of my more compelling argument at all. So I am just a little thrown off.

@northArrow @JimmyFrost For certain users I can see your side. I have a little 1 year old, and I can see her loving coming into a room and telling the xbox to turn on Spongebob. The idea of her doing that makes my hearthappy. Right now, she brings me the remote and says "bob, bob, bob. bob"

@ssj2los @JimmyFrost @northArrow Yes, because the xbox isn't able to play games. It is hard to take anyone seriously when their comments and replies are 100% emotional driven and contain little to no logic. Just because the console does more than just games, doesn't mean it can't do that core function well. I think the term that best describes your "position" on this subject is "Fan Boy." I've used up my allotted amount of quotes for the day. Anyways enjoy your PS4, I am sure Naughty Dawg will still have titles for it. Since they saved the last PS.

@northArrow @JimmyFrost The easy navigation stuff with voice commands, Immediate context switching, Microsoft Glass > buying a 300-400 handheld. TV tie in, and Skype. I think just is a complete package. When PS4 announced the streaming stuff before the xbox reveal I thought that was a great move. But then Microsoft matched it and honestly I think Microsofts will work much better. I just don't think Sony took enough steps to become a real competitor. There will no doubt be as many if not more quality titles on xbox, all the extra features I listed become very useful for my family.

Sony ran a fantastic marketing campaign capped with a perfect E3, but if you really look at everything apples to apples, Microsofts offering is far more compelling. I won't be getting either at launch, being as I am a PC gamer. However I feel like Sony was able to rally a following without the merits to warrant it.
