Reason: Putting blue-ray player into the PS3 was to make sure more people would HDTV hoping more would Sony Brand HDTVs and selling Sony made movies on blue ray.
does anyone know how the revenue Sony makes off their TV's and Blue-Ray movies compared to the PS3
i actually think the competion would be between game developers.
There are already great amount of games on both sides, therefore they would have to compete for consumer dollars (gamers). Newer IP's would have to be really innovative, fun, great graphics, etc.
Would anyone here really oppose a Sony Microsoft gaming console next generation, one system that would play Halo, Geow, LGP, MGS, Fable, or a system combining both Sony and MS players online. Blu-Ray Player with optional Digital Download option,
The question i ask PC gamers is: Do you need to buy additional hardware every year or two to get the most out of the new games or will your current hardware ok?
I have all 3 consoles and a PC but i usually dont play PC games ( I have before such as Half Life and CS)
I really dont care about which console is better since i have all 3, but i do enjoy reading comments from others about each console to keep myself entertained when im bored
