I hope I read that right. It would be great if my children and I could play our own different games at the same time on different computers on the same account.

I'm glad that Paradox is trying to come across as at least one company that is taking serious gamers seriously. I hope they find ways to resolve their challenge to make or keep the franchise more accessible without dumbing it down.

I saw a gaming magazine's list of 100 best games of all time and I took a little pride in at least owning (and keeping) 25%. But I still don't broadcast it to my peers b/c I don't want to be known as overly devoting too much time and resources to a hobby.

Wow, I hope the reviewer is right and that this expansion actually smartens Civ V back up to the high standards of the franchise.

@Senor_Kami @Joesocwork I agree; I do like the new idea a lot better! But I think in V, 2K streamlined (and dumb downed, imo) so much so that they passed up on opportunities to give the players more to play for. And more types of victories and better eye candy for the victories would be big on a Civ VI wish list.

Sounds like a cool new victory condition. But why not keep the older cultural victory and simply call it something else? The more types of victories the better!

I agree wholeheartedly with the editorial at the end. I, for one, play computer games to escape from the world after a long day of work and family life. I never appreciate being forced into joining and being at a complete disposal of an online universe with total strangers. Let me be and enter my own world for a couple hours a night unharassed. Thanks GameSpot for guiding me on how to spend my hard earned money for entertainment. Reading and listening your reviews are MY choice!
