try to speak to her, get to know her, ask her out within a week or two at the most so you don't enter the awkward friend/brother stage. there's no coming back from that and it happens fast.

She has a history of drinking and driving and going off on binges where she gets drunk and drives for hours. I'm worried she might have crashed in NC.
