Cool I'll watch it tomorrow. It's funny at the end how they say to the gaming media that they basically reviewed the game without really playing it.[QUOTE="Jrfanfreak88"]
Hey Guys! At Inside Sim Racing they posted part 1 of their review. It's easily the best one on GT5 so Check it Out!

B-Spec would be fun IF my driver wouldn't be idiotic lol. He's only level 5 though.Glad I'm not the only one who hated B-spec. Else than some lazy way to make money and getting prize cars, it is just...terrible.
B-spec would be 2.5/10 for me. Kaz might want to rethink what people are looking for in a racing game. Babysitting a braindead AI isn't exactly why people go and buy racing wheels for hundreds of dollars.
I hope they either revamp it or scrap it in GT6, they need to focus on making more Premiums and a better UI system with more A-spec/Events.

There's moments like that and then there's moments like in the GT Rally racing in the snow where your car's shadow is cast perfectly on the huge snowy rooster tail of the car you are about to pass. Sometimes you never notice the shadows and other times it's horrific, but GT5 is still amazing!http://www.play-mag.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/Go-Kart-007.jpg
Hard to believe this game was at one point hyped for its graphics. :P

Dude NASCAR is just turning left it can't be that hard....(sarcasm)Im pretty sure you get a NASCAR for golding the nascar special event (although i've heard that doing that is impossible on the DS3, you need a wheel for that)

[QUOTE="Jrfanfreak88"][QUOTE="blues35301"]did you put racing medium or soft compound tires on it? Putting racing soft's on just about anything makes it run like a slot car lol. Yeah racing soft is the first thing i do to any car, then weight reductions 1,2,3.. i mean its driveable but not great, not for $1million The 458 Italia drives real well...I just won the MR sports cup with a 458 Italia that was stock except for the tires.Just bought a Ferrari Enzo and boy does it suck for a million. Its faster than my Italia but handles like crap.

Wow that hasn't happened to me yet.. I'd be so mad. :P it happened to me quite a bit with the van and the Lotus challenges.. That never happened to me, the only cones you can't hit are the solid color ones I think?[QUOTE="UCF_Knight"][QUOTE="heretrix"]I love how in the Top Gear challenges the other cars will hit the cones so they pop up and hit your car and you get disqualified. That always goes over well on your 10th try.heretrix
Racing mods basically buys you a lot of the best parts like the fully customizable transmission or shocks, as well as weight reduction and racing exhaust, things like that. I think in the end you come out to around the same amount of cash but you also get a car that looks more like a race car.Quick question about the racing modification: does it give any extra advantage over buying tuning parts seperately? Or does it just give a paint job + get parts for you?
Like a total idiot I spend 300k on my ZR1, not knowing that it was eligible for racing mod.

question, what's the best Rally car? I want to enter the intermediate gran turismo rally special event.
PBSnipes
I just tuned a Lancia Delta (the one from the dealership) for the intermediates and cleaned up. That car is a monster.
The absolute best rally car I found was the '85 Delta S4, but I don't think it would qualify for the intermediate races.
My best advice is to gold all of the Sebastian Loeb special events and use that rally car for the intermediate and expert GT Rally events.
