I'm not really into Bon Jovi but I took my girlfriend to see him once and i must say it was a good show!

Bands I recommend;

Radiohead (Ok Computer is possibly the greatest album ever made),Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Queen, Queens of the Stone Age, Nirvana, System of a Down, Band of Horses, The Arcade Fire, The Beatles, Blur, Cky, Deftones, Incubus, White Stripes, Interpol, Mogwai, Neil Young, Pearl Jam, A Perfect Circle, Placebo, Rage Against the Machine, The Rolling Stones, Sepultura, Wolfmother, Nofx, Mad Caddies.

yes I know some of these arnt necessarily classed as 'Rock' bands but hey, give them a try as you might like them! I am more into electronic music myself but I listen to all of the above.

I have a full sized tattoo of my face on my face......anyway, I think tattoos are cool, I got mine when I was young and foolish but dont regret it. Just make sure its something you will be happy with for the rest of your life.

Its a great game for sure! I usually play against my friends online and have some good matches. The only thing I really hate is when I play a ranked match...Every match I have ever plaed (only about 15) have been against Akuma or Ken! Still, I get great satisfaction when I win, which has been about 3 times haha. I havent dedicated myself to a character yet, but I enjoy using Zangief and Balrog.

Yeah I know what you mean, I hate it when people rush ahead or lag behind. I have been trying to complete it on the hardest setting but due to these factors its just not happening!

I dont really get much of a chance to play to be honest as I live with my girlfriend but unlike yours, she hates any game that involves shooting!! So I can only really play when she isnt in.

I always tell my wife she should be less concerned with what game I'm playing and more concerned about doing my laundry and cooking my dinner.

haha yes I am taking a page from your book! I admit I sounded completely under the thumb in my comment!

Half life 2 is one of my favourite games ever but yes, like all games, is not to everyones taste. I would stick with it as the game takes you to lots of interesting (and creepy) places that you might find more fun. My girlfriend always asks me whats so special about this game....I guess its the way that I think Valve have created a world thats so believable. The environments, characters, weapons and the sound effects are spot on (even better with earphones).

I also think the achievements are great fun and has added lots of replayability for me.

I hope you stick with the game for a while longer and that it grows on you. If not, at least you have Portal!! haha

As much as I enjoyed the original Tony Hawks game, I do prefer the reaslism of Skate. Being an ex-skateboarder myself (too old to do it now), I enjoy performing realistic tricks in a game instead of trying to get long combos of endless grinds and flips etc. The fluidness of the Skate 2 Demo was spot on for me, so I will most likely get the game at some point!

For me, my favourite environments are in the Half-Life series. Everything from the science labs, the train stations, apartments, beach fronts, cabins, mountains, toxic wasteland and of course the Citadel Core. But the one place that really stands out for me is the Grub Hole in episode 2. There are parts in that level that actually made me feel a bit ill, and it looks stunning, even by todays standards!

I think Left for Dead is a stunning game! I am happy with only having 4 campaigns to play through at the moment as it means I can really make the most of each one. I always seem to find something new every time I play, like the other day when I was at the end of Dead Air, I went into the toilet to look for goodies and found a zombie lying face down in a urinal! Also I think the character dialogue is really entertaining, Louis has some great lines in the game.

Props to anyone who has finished all 4 campaigns on the hardest setting. I have got to the first safe house on Death Toll on the hardest setting but not much further.

As for DLC, I am really looking forward to what Valve have to offer. I have my fingers crossed for a flame thrower and the infamous Shopping Mall level.

I am yet to play the full game of Bioshock. I have the Demo and think its pretty good. I have seen the game selling for £12.00 so might pick it up some time. At the moment I am enjoying Left for Dead too much to want to play any other game.
