And i`m getting food supplements : Animal pak + Animal stak + Gain weight fast.. my regime will be 1 day in gym other going to swimming pool then other to gym and so on.. :) What do you think?aAaLive
Dude you just started and you already want to use supplements? Wait atleast until you know how everything works and know how to excercises correctly And its impossible to become a real bodybuilder without steroids
