Me and my brother share an Xbox 360. We also share all our games, and decided to split the money to purchase the South Central Premium Pack (DLC for Midnight Club: LA). After we downloaded the DLC (on my brother's profile) to the Hard Drive, the Xbox would only let my brother access the new cars in the pack. However, I was able to access the new South Central addition to the map (which is also available as a free download) without having to download the South Central map addition. Is there any way that I can access the cars in the Premium Pack, or will the Xbox only let the profile who downloaded the DLC (even though it's downloaded to the Hard Drive) play it? Is there anyone I should call (Rockstar or Microsoft?)?
Well a few weeks back one of my mates came over and he recovered his gamertag on my xbox so we could play online.Well yesterday i was playing some splitscreen with my brother and he used my friends account from before but when we got in a local game i was given the Rookie Gear and Seasoned Gear achievements.It was obviously something to do with his account because he was a level 17 online but has anyone ever heard of this?I was actually keen for unlocking those achievements myself which kinda sucks, but my main problem is i know about cheaters getting all there achievements locked out and 'cheater' also getting written onto there profile permanantly on xbox live.
Do you think xbox live is going to wack me with the ban and does anyone know anything about this glitch?

I don't know anything about the glitch, but I think you'll be fine.
You should give Fallout 3 a little bit more time though. It really isn't a slow game. The DLC might be a good way to go since it seems more action packed.
