I might have to go Xbox on this one. Internet "friends" are a poor substitute for real life buddies who can come over and crowd around a TV. Playing an intense game of Oddball in Halo 4 with my good friends beside me and people in the party who I'd only just spoken to for the first time (though we'd exchanged e-mails for years) was one of the best multiplayer experiences I've had in a long time, easily beating anything I've played on PC.

That being said, paying for XBL is outrageous so your friends had better be worth it. PC is undeniably the better alternative in every possible way, but you'll have a better time with people you know.

SkyUI is mandatory and fasterhorses actually make you want to buy a horse as soon as possible. Both mods have a huge impact on the game.

I was a big fan of MW2 as well, and Blops 2 isn't any better than MW3. Would recommend just playing MW2 using fourdeltaone.net :) Or MW1 still has a small community going for it as well.

I got it on sale during the Christms holidays. Pretty good game, but didn't really live up to the expectations since Crysis 1 was so awesome. But still worth a playthrough.

I was just curious. I don't have a 1440p monitor. That thought just crossed my mind.

I was just wondering if you had a 1440p monitor that required a beast of a PC to run higher end games such as Far Cry 3, or Crysis 3. Could you turn the resolution down to 1080p so you could max out the graphics?

That is sooo tempting, but I don't want to get Uplay. I already have steam and origin thats enough. Think i'll just wait until it goes under 30 on steam.
