I bought Guild wars 2 from green man gaming yesterday and the serial key they gave me was already registered on some other guys acount?? WTf I was so pissed and now I'm frantically emailing Arena Net and GMG to try and resolve this problem but GMG hasn't said anything. Arena Net has been very helpful and have actually been responding to me and told me that the serial key I have is registerd to some alexander wheeler dude. I am never again buying from Green Man Gaming.

It was 10$ cheaper on GMG, so I thought I would just get it from there.

Yes I used my NCSoft master account to register the key, but it just says the key has already been registered to a GW2 account.

So I bought Guild wars 2 digital deluxe edition yesterday off GMG and it sent me an email with a code to enter on the official GW2 site. So I go to register.guildwars2.com and I input the serial code GMG gave me and it asks me if I have a guild wars account and I do, so I input my email and password, but it says my email is not recognized. So instead of selecting yes I have a GW account I select no and it goes to another page that says the serial key is already registered with a Guild Wars 2 account?!?!

So I don't know what to do now? Please someone help me.

It is possible but it would be very challenging and probably not worth your time of actually trying.
