The "Episodic content" the 360 is getting, is allready on the PS3 version. It's all the stuff they couldnt fit on the DVD9. So while yes, the episodic content will be 360 only, its nothing the PS3 players wont have right of the bat on day one.

yeah, the "Downloadable" part is exclusive, as to what the actual content will be has yet to be revealed. My bet is its crap they couldnt include, or its just lame stuff like clothes and cars. either way, i dont the PS3 owners will be hurting for it.
