Even though OK Computers is a great album, what's the reason behind it's "classic" acclaim? On a lot of music lists it's in the top 10 albums ever/top 10 modern albums. Was there nothing like it at the time? What's the dealioDivergeUnify
It came out more than ten years ago and still sounds like it's from the future. Imagine that back in the late 90's and compare it to everything else that was going on. It's astonishing how ahead of the times they were when they made that album. Same goes for Kid A, which is still can't believe was made in 2000.
Bon Inver (i know, I'm super late to this guy :? ), jj, The Antlers.
All three are super great. :)

I'm actually kind of confused abuot that. In the blog post Thom said that Harry was the last one, but then in the p4k article they say there are three verified survivors left. I'm too lazy to do the research, but I wonder who is right?
There are survivors left, but they didn't fight in the trenches like he did.Ah, got it. Thanks.

Arcade Fire no doubt. Though Animal Collective and Tv on The Radio are some pretty decent competition. It's been a good decade for music 8)!
p00zer
Animal Collective: hell yes yes yes yes yes yes yes. They're unbelievebly unique and without a doubt the best band to come out of the 00's. Not to mention how steadily they release new content and how drastically they change and evolve with each album. it's ridiuclous how long I can listen to them and not get bored.
Tvotr, on the other hand, are incredibly boring overrated. I just can't hear what everybody else does when it comes to them. I really wish I could, though, apparently they're pretty good. :?
